Every year we are looking for good candidates to fill the position of the project manager in the teams. We have yearly 10…15 projects, and for every one we select one student manager. The managers will get two extra ECTS (Kon-41.4102 Special Course on Product Development Project Management) and enjoy the best learning experience
The manager’s role includes many tough challenges:
- planning, execution & controlling of activities
- managing & leading team members
- fighting balancing with other responsibilities/part-time involvement
- communication challenges
- balancing of work load/free time
- rather limited ways to punish or reward

Conditions for applying:
- you are studying the PDP course
- you are highly motivated & willing to coach others towards top-level learning & doing experiences in your own team
